Terms & Conditions

Ethereal Woodwork LLC
By scheduling or accepting services from Ethereal Woodwork LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Scope of work
Services will be performed as described in the written estimate, invoice, or work order.
Any additional work requested that is outside the original scope may result in additional charges and must be approved by the customer before work proceeds.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and are subject to change if unforeseen issues arise.
Estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, Venmo, credit card.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 3% per month.
The business reserves the right to stop work if payment terms are not met.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to prior work.
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a scheduling fee of $50.
Emergency & After-Hours Services
Emergency or after-hours services are defined as work requested outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays and services requested to be completed with 24 hours of notice or less.
Emergency and after-hours work is subject to double rates.
Due to the urgent nature of these services, estimates may be less precise and based on time-and-materials.
Payment for emergency or after-hours services is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The business does not guarantee permanent repairs during emergency calls and may perform temporary or stabilizing repairs as necessary.
Materials
Materials may be supplied by the customer or by Ethereal Woodwork LLC, as agreed in advance.
The business is not responsible for defects, delays, or failures related to customer supplied materials.
Unused materials purchased by the business remain property of the business unless otherwise agreed.
Warranties & Limitations
Labor is warranted for 12 months from the date of completion.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing conditions
Work affected by other contractors, misuse, or neglect
Acts of God
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where applicable.
Customer Responsibilities
Safe access to the property must be provided.
Work area should be clear of personal items.
Pets must be secured.
The customer is responsible for disclosing known hazards (e.g., asbestos, mold, faulty wiring).
Photography & Marketing Rights
The customer grants Ethereal Woodwork LLC permission to photograph or video completed work and work-in-progress for documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Photos will not include identifying personal information or the customer’s face unless explicit permission is given.
Images may be used on the business’s website, social media, advertisements, or portfolios.
This permission may be revoked in writing prior to the start of work.
Liability
Ethereal Woodwork LLC is not responsible for hidden or pre-existing issues discovered during or after work.
Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
The business is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Property Damage
Reasonable care will be taken to protect the customer’s property.
Any damage caused directly by negligence will be repaired or compensated at the business’s discretion.
The business is not responsible for damage due to structural defects or unsafe conditions.
Permits & Code Compliance
Unless explicitly stated, the customer is responsible for obtaining permits and ensuring HOA approval.
Work will be performed to the best of the business’s ability but may not guarantee compliance with all local building codes unless agreed in writing.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services for cause with reasonable notice.
The customer is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Acceptance
By authorizing services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
