Lead times for custom projects change depending on complexity, time of year, and order volume. There is a minimum lead time of six weeks for all custom pieces.
If you fill out our custom furniture order form we will get back to you with an estimated lead time based on your specific project.

You should have received a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. If you did not, check your spam folder and that you provided the correct email address.

We currently only ship through USPS priority mail which generally takes about 3-5 business days.
We also offer a free in person pick up option for those located in the Denver Metro area.
Orders are processed as they are received. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days unless the item requires customization, in which case, allow an extra 2-3 business days.
Once processing is complete, allow 3-5 business days for shipping via USPS.

We recommend that our hardwood cutting boards are hand washed with normal dish soap. To avoid possible warping and cracking we also recommend towel drying the cutting boards immediately after washing.
